Refund Policy

Refunds

o    We accept return products with their original packaging & Not used conditions within 14 days of invoice.

o    No returns or exchange is  accepted for Furniture goods once delivered & Installed.

o    Unpacked & Bath Linen, Mattress cannot be exchanged

o    Promotional items under special prices & Last piece clearance cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

o    Once you place an order for a Customized product, we immediately initiate a specialized production process tailored to your requirements. Since these items are custom-made just for you, we regret to inform you that cancellations or modifications will not be possible once the order has been placed. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to assure you that our team is here to assist with any concerns you may have. Before placing your order, we recommend carefully reviewing the product specifications and double-checking your customization details to ensure accuracy.

o     For certain products we offer cancellations until the product is Shipped. Complaints raised within 7 days post the delivery related to damage and defective products are eligible for repair/replacement.

o    If you have received any Product which is subject to return in terms of this Policy, we suggest you to immediately register a request in this regard on the Chera Home Junction. We will in our sole discretion verify if: (a) the defects and damages in the Products or the non-compliance's claimed in such Products are acceptable by us, or (b) such defects, damages or non-compliance's are due to our default, and will accordingly post verification, accept or reject the request for return. For such verification, we may request you to send us images of the damaged or defective Product received and/or allow our personnel to schedule a visit to assess the damage, defect or non-compliance in the Product. Further to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the return request, we may in our sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a manner as we may deem fit.


o    No refunds permitted on furniture once delivered & Installed in case of change of mind or customer not liked color 

o    We do not make any cash refunds. The amount will be refunded to you within 7 (Seven) working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we will gladly help you.

o    At the time of raising a request for return or cancelling the Products with us, you may seek refund for the Product. Such refund will be made to the you only in the event the payment has been received by us for the Product

o     Refund to be made to the User shall not include any amount paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time. However, in the event a Product has been delivered with a defect or damage (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by us after due verification at its sole discretion) we may refund the shipping charges to you. You will be provided with a refund if you have received a non-returnable Product in a damaged or defective condition subject to verification and examination of the damage or defect of the Product by us

o    We reserve the right to reject a refund request for a Product, if it does not satisfy the quality conditions specified under this Policy on our assessment pursuant to its return. 

o    Any cashback earned on the order prior to the cancellation will be deducted from credits. If the same cashback has been used completely or partially to place another order, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the cancelled product

o    Once the refund is initiated, the refund amount gets credited to your selected mode of payment in 7-10 business days.

The refund timeline for various modes is provided below:

o   Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI Account - 4-5 Business Days
o   Offline (NEFT) - 7-10 Business Days
o   If you have availed EMI option - in-case of full refund the amount is credited to your original mode of payment. However, in-case of partial refunds, the refund is initiated through NEFT transaction to your bank account so that the remaining EMI is not lapsed.
