Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility

  • We accept returns only if the product is in its original packaging and unused, within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for furniture goods once delivered and installed.
  • Unpacked bath linen and mattresses cannot be exchanged.
  • Promotional items sold at special prices or marked “last-piece clearance” cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Customised products enter production immediately; cancellations or modifications are not possible after order confirmation. Please review specifications carefully.
  • For selected products cancellation is allowed until the item ships. Damage or defect complaints must be raised within 7 days of delivery to qualify for repair or replacement.

How to Return

Register your return request on Chera Home Junction without delay. We may ask for photographs and/or arrange a technician visit. After verification we will decide to accept or reject the return.

Refunds

  • No cash refunds. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment mode within 7 working days. Delays caused by banks should be reported to us for assistance.
  • Refunds exclude shipping or ancillary charges unless the product is verified as defective or damaged due to our fault.
  • We reserve the right to reject a refund if the returned product fails our quality assessment.
  • Any cashback earned on the order will be deducted from the refund. If the cashback was already used, the equivalent amount will be recovered from the refund.

Refund Timeline

After initiation, refunds are credited as follows:

Offline (NEFT) 7–10 business days

EMI Refunds

  • Full refund: credited back to the original payment source.
  • Partial refund: processed via NEFT to your bank account to keep remaining EMIs active.
