- No Cost EMI and standard EMI terms are governed by the issuing bank's policies, not by Chera Home Junction.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the affected Order, whether or not it has been confirmed or payment has been charged. Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, as required by law.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, or resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, seated in Coimbatore, and conducted in English — as elected by Chera Home Junction.
