Cancelling an Order or Part of an Order
Order Cancellation within 24 Hours
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation or before shipment, whichever occurs first. Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation as indicated on the product page.
A 2.5 % processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Cancellation after Shipment or Delivery
If you cancel after the item has shipped or been delivered due to unforeseen reasons, a 5 % cancellation fee on the paid value will apply. This is subject to review by our resolution team.
How to Initiate a Cancellation Request
- Go to My Orders under My Account.
- Click the “Cancel Item” button next to the item you wish to cancel.
- If you checked out as a Guest (not registered on Chera.com), please contact Customer Service to initiate the cancellation.
