Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling an Order or Part of an Order

1. Order Cancellation within 24 Hours

You may cancel items from the “My Orders” section. Click “Cancel” within 24 hours of confirmation or before shipping—whichever comes first.

A 2.5 % processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

2. Order Cancellation after Shipment or Delivery

If you cancel after the item has shipped or been delivered due to unforeseen reasons, a 5 % cancellation fee on the paid value will apply. This is subject to review by our resolution team.

How to Initiate a Cancellation Request

  • Go to My Orders under My Account.
  • Click the “Cancel Item” button next to the item you wish to cancel.
  • If you checked out as a Guest (not registered on Chera.com), please contact Customer Service to initiate the cancellation.
  • Refer to this Refund Policy for timelines and modes of refund.

Refund Process

Mode of Refund Payment

  • Refunds are processed after the product has been picked up from the delivery location.
  • You can choose the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, UPI).
  • If you availed EMI:
    • Full refund → credited back to the original payment mode.
    • Partial refund → refunded via NEFT to your bank account so remaining EMIs are not lapsed.
      *Variations may occur based on your financial-service provider’s T&Cs and the exact return date.

Once the refund is initiated, the credit should appear as follows:
