Our Grievance Redressal Mechanism

  1. Once a grievance is received through the above channels, you will get an acknowledgment within 48 hours via email, phone call, or SMS.
  2. Our Consumer Care and Grievance Officer will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible under the timelines prescribed by law.
  3. A grievance is deemed closed when we communicate a solution to you.
