Our Grievance Redressal Mechanism
- Once a grievance is received through the above channels, you will get an acknowledgment within 48 hours via email, phone call, or SMS.
- Our Consumer Care and Grievance Officer will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible under the timelines prescribed by law.
- A grievance is deemed closed when we communicate a solution to you.
