Returning an Item
Time Frame
You can initiate a return within 07 (seven) days of the item being delivered to you. Return requests are not accepted after 07 days from the date of delivery.
What’s Eligible for Return?
- Defective – Manufacturing flaws that hinder intended use (e.g., imbalance, wooden joints opening). Natural material characteristics (grain, colour variation, texture) are not defects.
- Difference – Item differs in dimension, shape, or colour from the website image.
- Not Functional – Product is dead on arrival (appliances, clocks, lights, bulbs). Only replacement will be offered.
What’s NOT Eligible for Return?
- Damaged or Missing – Report at the time of delivery or assembly; once accepted, returns may not be processed.
- Installation Issues – Wall mounting is not offered by Chera.com; no returns for the same.
- Relocation – Damage during dismantling/reassembly after successful delivery is not covered.
How to Initiate a Return Request
1. Click Product Images
Take 2–3 clear photographs:
- 1–2 images showing the entire product.
- 1–2 close-ups of the defective/damaged area.
- File size < 5 MB.
2. Raise a Return Request
- Log in → My Account → My Orders.
- Click “Return This Product” beside the item.
- Select the reason, upload the images, add comments, and submit.
3. Evaluate & Pick-Up
- Our Resolution team will contact you within 24 hours.
- A technician visit may be scheduled; resolution is based on the technician’s report.
- Keep original packaging, user manual, warranty slip, and all accessories for a smooth pick-up.
- Return pick-up is scheduled within 72 hours from the Brand’s/Merchant’s logistics partner from the original shipping address.
